After working in the television and satellite communications industry with CBS, NBC, Fox Sports and the US Government and Department of Defense, Adam Estrem changed his focus to working with youth as a youth director at a local church. Adam enjoys food, wine, and cigars as a hobby and loves cooking for his family of four. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, camping and hiking. Adam brings years of technical experience and people skills to Simplified and is excited to work with businesses to find the right solutions.
Ryan has been in Customer Service and Support for more than twenty years. He has worked with Best Buy and Comcast, assisting the local Twin Cities Business Sales Team. He enjoys the typical “geeky” things – Sci-Fi, comic books, computers/technology. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his son Lucas and his wife Becky, going to movies, trying new foods, and "geeking" out. Ryan brings with him expertise in the telecommunications industry that is instrumental in helping customers choose the best options.
Lidiya was born in Russia and grew up in Eden Prairie, MN. Her passion for animals and nature prompted her to build her own business at the age of twenty-one. She earned the reputation of premier Bengal breeder in the upper Midwest. Lidiya continues to educate people on the importance of the health and well-being of Bengals and all domesticated animals. Lidiya is an energetic person who enjoys anything that enables her to spend time outdoors. She studied entrepreneurship, marketing, and psychology. Being to help a key part of other entrepreneurs' businesses attain maximum efficiency and effectiveness is something she truly looks forward to accomplishing this year.
